Due to the natural nature of gemstones and handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture, and pattern may occur. These differences are part of the beauty and individuality of natural materials and are not considered defects.

 

2. Jewellery Care Instructions

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:

Removing jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping

Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and cleaning products

Keeping jewellery away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat, and moisture

Storing jewellery in a dry, cool, and dark place when not in use

Natural gemstones and metals may change slightly over time depending on wear and exposure.

 

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order with CrystaLand, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your full name, delivery address, and payment details.

All payments must be completed before your order is processed and dispatched.

For personalised and custom-made jewellery, production times may vary depending on order volume. Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only.

 

4. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our jewellery, CrystaLand does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or personal preference.

All jewellery sales are considered final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution such as a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Each piece is carefully handmade and quality checked before dispatch to ensure it arrives to you in beautiful condition.

 

5. Product Variations

Each CrystaLand piece is handmade using natural materials, therefore slight variations may occur between products.

Gemstones, pearls, shell, metal elements, charms, and decorative details may vary slightly in:

These natural and handmade variations make every piece unique and are not considered faults.

 

6. Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Standard packaging may include organza or jute pouches. Gift boxes are available as an optional upgrade where offered on the website.

Packaging styles may vary slightly depending on product type, availability, and seasonal collections.

All designs, photographs, product descriptions, branding, and website content belong to CrystaLand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and InPost where available.

Shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout depending on the destination, parcel size, and selected delivery method.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly before completing your order. CrystaLand is not responsible for delays, or delivery issues caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.
